Made to order. Every House of Wolfgang item is printed just for you by our production partner, Printful, after you place your order.
Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping cost. Shipping is free on all orders to US addresses.
Production time. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. During busy periods (like the holidays) it can take a little longer.
Delivery time. Once your order ships, standard US delivery usually takes 3–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; weather, carrier delays and peak-season volume can add time.
Carriers. Orders ship with major carriers such as USPS or FedEx. The carrier is chosen per order.
Multiple packages. Some items, such as mugs, ship in their own protective packaging, so an order may arrive in more than one package.
Tracking. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Address changes. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to fix it, email us right away; we can update it until your order ships. Once a package has shipped we can't change the address or redirect it. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it, but the reshipping cost is on the customer.
Late or lost packages. If your order hasn't arrived a few days after its estimated delivery date, email us and we'll look into it. Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
